Could it be that I have reserved an apartment share another, more profitable clients?

For us there are no "profitable" and "unprofitable" customers. If you have made an advance payment, then you can surely expect to settle in the apartment you chose. In case of force majeure circumstances (independent of us), we will either offer you at the same cost similar for a class or apartment of a higher level, or return the prepaid deposit and pay a penalty at the rate of the daily cost of accommodation in the booked apartment.
